Residing in a charming town in northwest Florida, my wife Sue and I enjoy our retired life. I grew up in Virginia and went to college there. I have spent the majority of my career as a governmental accountant in Connecticut, while Sue worked as a computer technician.
My wife and I have been blessed with four adult children and three grandchildren who live in Connecticut and Washington state. As ardent nature lovers, we have been actively involved in our local sea turtle conservation organization and love traveling together whenever possible.
My formative years were spent in the Methodist church, but during college, I found myself questioning my faith and became agnostic. Everything changed when I experienced a life-altering dream in which a stranger saved my life, leading me to realize that the stranger was none other than Jesus Christ. This epiphany reignited my passion for my Christian faith, and painting became a natural medium for me to explore and express my beliefs. Currently, we enjoy “attending” a weekly Methodist church service online.
